Our mango farm is based at Biboohra, in Far North Queensland, Australia. We also have a retail outlet at Kuranda (the town in the rainforest) just 30 minutes from Cairns or Mareeba.
How did Golden Drop Winery start?
Our journey began in the 1970s when Charles Nastasi transitioned from tobacco farming to mango cultivation, leading to the creation of our unique mango wines.

We specialize inmango wines,sparkling mango wines, both fruity & dry. In addition, we have dry, sweet & medium varieties. We also produce a great range ofCellos, includinglime,lemon,dragon&Mandarinvarieties. Finally, we produce a very popular‘Mango Port’.
Are your wines made from 100% Australian mangoes?
Yes! Our wines are made exclusively from our homegrown Kensington Red Mangoes.
