Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We ship to all states and territories within Australia. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.

  • Standard shipping times: 3–7 business days depending on your location
  • Remote and rural areas may experience longer delivery times
  • All orders are sent via Australia Post or a comparable carrier
  • A flat rate shipping fee applies as displayed at checkout

International Shipping

We ship internationally to selected countries. International orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.

  • Delivery times vary by destination — typically 7–21 business days
  • International shipments are sent via Australia Post International
  • The recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country
  • Please note that the importation of alcohol is subject to the laws and regulations of the destination country. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the importation of alcohol is permitted in their country

Tracking

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to track your order via the Australia Post website.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at goldendropsmangowinery@gmail.com within 7 days so we can investigate and resolve the matter
