At Golden Drop Winery, we take great pride in the quality of our wines and take every care to ensure your order arrives safely and in perfect condition.

Alcohol — Change of Mind

Please choose carefully. In accordance with responsible service of alcohol regulations and the nature of alcohol as a consumable product, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind purchases. This applies to all wine and alcohol products sold through our store.

We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied, we will gladly offer a full refund or a replacement of the affected product.

To be eligible, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at goldendropsmangowinery@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the damaged or faulty product and packaging.

Shipping Damage

If your wine has been damaged in transit, please retain all original packaging and contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the matter promptly.
